How will coaching sessions work?
  • You will be championed.
  • Coaching is confidential.
  • Coaching is all about what you want to accomplish.  You set the goals/agenda and I act as your partner, sounding board, safe haven and if required, advisor. 
  • Together we will discover what works best for you.  I have methods that will help you get at the right answers for you and a myriad of experience to share in the worlds of coaching (mentoring, life and business), spousal loss, career/life transitions, large corporate entities, and small business.
  • Typically, we will meet or speak over the phone two to three times a month for 45 minutes to one hour sessions. 
  • You will receive unlimited email communication and email coaching support. .
  • We are a team, accomplishing more together than we could alone.
  • I coach internationally and most coaching is done over the phone so distance is not a factor.
The Discovery session
One of our first sessions is called a “discovery” session and will be longer than the rest (1 to 1 ½ hours). During this discovery session we will design our coaching relationship and create a framework for values and goals you would like to honor in this process.  Every session following this will be your agenda and I will support, encourage, champion and challenge you towards your personal and professional growth and fulfillment.
